Girls Trip...TO CHICAGO

Well, I went to Chicago with my mom and two sisters, and without any kids. It was so fun, and we did so much walking, and so much shopping, and of course so much eating. What else do you do on vacation. A few of the things we did was go to a Broadway show called Wicked, went on a walking food tour, and went to the Art Institute of Chicago. One thing I need to mention, is that the cab drivers are CRAZY! I really thought we were going to hit another car driving from the airport to our hotel. We difinately had some close calls, but luckily we didn't. The drive from our hotel wasn't quite as bad. Our cab driver owned his cab, so he was a bit more careful.
Shane and Taya were able to spend quality time together while I was gone. I missed them so much, but it was a good break before our new baby comes.

Family Home Evening

We decided to decorate Halloween sugar cookies for Family Home Evening. Shane and I did the frosting, and Taya did the sprinkles. She did such a good job, and of course she had to taste one, or two, or maybe even three. I lost count. She posed for the picture with part of her cookie hanging out of her mouth. She thought she was so funny.

What a brave little girl!

Well, Taya and I got our flu shot this week. She was so brave, and only cried for a minute, until the nurse showed her the suckers. It's amazing what candy can do...isn't it. Anyways, I went to the doctors and my baby is still spine up, but we were able to see her lips, nose and heart. Everything we couldn't see last month. I just love being able to see her. We can't wait to meet her!

Being Pregnant...with my sister?

What a fun (and exhausting) experience it has been being pregnant with Taya around. She is so cute when she rubs my belly and says " Hi baby sister." Well the good side is now I have an excuse to take a nap everyday with Taya. Somedays I am so tired, that our nap can't come soon enough.
We found out a little while ago that my sister Bri is pregnant also. I am so excited to be pregnant with her. I never thought we would. My baby is due the end of January, and hers is due the middle of April. Our babies with be only three months apart. How fun is that going to be!!!

Taya's BIG Announcement

We are having a baby GIRL. JANUARY 29,2009. Taya is excited for her new baby sister. She likes to kiss my belly and say hi to our little girl.

Moving Right Along...August

Last vacation of the summer...Flaming Gorge. We went camping and had such a great time. Taya just loves playing with her Buddy Brody...or as Uncle Adam taught Dudey. Taya now calls Brody, Dudey.

Well we went to Bear Lake with Shanes side of the family over the 4th of July. We ended up getting two condos between all of us. We went to the beach, played games and just hung out, and of course ate a lot... What else do you do on vacation? Taya just loves her cousin Kenzi...she was at her side all of the time... with their babies of course
